These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and MB8Slot ("the Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at mb8slot.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By clicking "Register", "Sign Up", completing the account registration process, or by accessing or using any feature of the MB8Slot Platform, You acknowledge that You have:

• Read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full;
• Read and understood the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement;
• Read and understood the Responsible Gambling Policy available at /responsible-gambling;
• Confirmed that You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of this Agreement; and
• Agreed to be bound by the most current version of this Agreement and any supplementary rules applicable to specific game types or promotions.

Your acceptance creates a binding legal agreement between You and MB8Slot. If You are registering on behalf of a third party, You represent that You have the authority to bind that party to these terms.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on MB8Slot, You must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or any subsequent use;
• You are acting entirely on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of MB8Slot or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously had an Account with MB8Slot that was suspended or terminated due to a breach of this Agreement; and
• You are personally responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling prior to registering.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or fraudulent accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

5.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. MB8Slot strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must immediately notify MB8Slot customer support if You believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation.

5.3 KYC Verification

The Company may require You to complete identity verification (KYC) prior to approving your first withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes. Acceptable KYC documents include a government-issued national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other documentation as specified by the Company at the relevant time.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

MB8Slot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Malaysian payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Requirements

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in the same name as your MB8Slot Account. The Company does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Cashier page and are subject to periodic revision.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, active bonus terms review, and fraud screening. Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes only and are not contractually guaranteed.

6.4 Currency

The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. The Company is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

MB8Slot offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer and are incorporated herein by reference.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

The Company reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit any winnings derived therefrom where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or counter-balancing bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players.

7.3 VIP Programme

Participation in the MB8Slot VIP Programme is governed by this Agreement and any supplementary VIP Terms. The Company reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, and programme structure at any time. VIP status does not constitute a contractual right to specific benefits and may be revoked for breach of this Agreement.

7.4 Cryptocurrency Bonus

An additional 2% deposit bonus applies to all cryptocurrency deposits, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per deposit. This bonus is subject to standard wagering requirements. Players must be aged 21 and above to claim any bonus. The Company may withdraw or modify this offer at any time.

All games on the MB8Slot Platform are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, You accept and agree to be bound by those game-specific rules as well as this Agreement.

• All bets placed on the Platform are final and irrevocable once confirmed, except where an error by the Company can be demonstrated;
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer procedures, as applicable;
• The Company reserves the right to void bets that were placed or resolved as a result of technical errors, software malfunctions, or where the outcome was influenced by exploitable game defects;

• Sports betting markets, including those covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other events, are governed by the Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform.

Players must not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful to the Platform or other users, or that constitutes fraud or abuse. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Creating more than one Account per individual or household;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or achieve unfair winnings;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unintended advantage;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the Platform for money laundering purposes;
• Engaging in charge-backs, payment reversals, or other fraudulent payment activities after winnings have been paid out;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing MB8Slot staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the MB8Slot Platform — including but not limited to the MB8Slot brand name and logo, game graphics, software interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and technical architecture — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the MB8Slot Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, You also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

MB8Slot collects personal data solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations, and improving the user experience. MB8Slot does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical downtime, maintenance, connectivity issues, or third-party service failures beyond the Company's reasonable control.

14.1 Termination by the Company

MB8Slot reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that You have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the Company, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.

14.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting MB8Slot customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to You via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding compliance holds. Bonus balances not subject to an active wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination. Sections of this Agreement relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law shall survive termination.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MB8Slot holds its operating licence, as may be updated from time to time. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitral bodies of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may not be legal in all jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in their place of residence before using the Platform. MB8Slot makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific location.

MB8Slot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page under "Last Updated". Players are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically. If You do not agree with any updated provisions, You must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.2.
